Order a Test

When you first sign up with CGI, your account representative will help you determine your specific courier needs, which are decided according to your geographical location relative to our location. Our service runs both day and night, based upon our clients’ schedules, to ensure that our clients are able to continue to operate according to their own established schedule. FedEx is available for all clients outside of our local geographic region. Regardless of the method used, CGI will provide prompt and efficient service to ensure that your patients receive results in a timely manner.

Please follow the instructions below:

1. If you are a new client, please call (201)528-9187 or contact us at specimen@cancergenetics.com to setup an account

2. Our Client Service team will complete a Supply Order Form, and you will receive free specimen kits and shipping supplies. If you need extra supplies, please fill the Supply Order Form and send it back at specimen@cancergenetics.com

3. Download the CGI Requisition Form

4. Identify the test you need to run and verify the Specimen Requirements

5. Follow the Shipping Instructions.

6. Stamp the pre-paid Air Waybill to the shipping kit and call FedEx for a pick-up. Alternatively our sale associate will contact our local courier (available in NJ, NY, PA, FL).

Blood and Bone Marrow Sample Options

CGI accepts both blood and bone marrow samples for testing. This ensures testing options for all patients, in all disease states.
